Energy Consultancy: We have a dedicated team for conducting energy audits and advising customers on ideal energy conservation methods. We have highly qualified personnel and robust financial status needed for delivering energy saving projects for both public and private sector clients.

Energy Performance Contracting: Leminar Integrated FM offers two unique propositions of energy performance contracting. In both models, we supply, install, commission and maintain Energy Conservation Mechanisms (ECM) at client sites, following an investment grade energy audit. Both the models offer energy savings, which will translate in the long-term to significant cost savings for property owners.
